Today’s workout: core and arms.

I literally busted my ass with my arm workout until I couldn’t lift them, but I feel good. Now I’m watching a documentary and then I off for my walk/run. I’m also eating rice crackers and craisins (if you don’t know what those are you suck).

Today is a beautiful day.
